Halfords, a leading provider of motoring and cycling products and services across the UK, sought an experienced digital specialist to help craft its vision, showcase its products and services, and define its motoring loyalty program to its users.

A complex project that spanned eight months, we worked closely with the brand creating an “Experience Vision”—designing two full user journeys and creating a research repository where benchmarks and user journeys and requirements were detailed for stakeholders. Through research into existing loyalty programs for various brands, we leveraged Halfords’ own research into user needs and expectations to deliver exceptional internal and customer experiences. Nearing the project’s go-live date, Halfords Group Customer and Commercial Director Karen Bellairs commented, “The hard work, tenacity, and sheer team spirit to bring this to launch is a credit to you all.
