ATLANTA, JUNE 25, 2025 – Astound Digital today announced the expansion of its partnership with Salesforce by offering new consulting and implementation services for Agentforce that empower organizations to deploy and scale autonomous agents across their business. Astound’s Agentforce services help customers quickly realize value by activating agents aligned to real business use cases, guiding them on both agent-to-agent and human-to-agent collaboration, and helping to ensure trust and control through structured governance.
Astound Digital delivered its first Agentforce client go-live just 9 days after the product’s general availability, showcasing its ability to execute at speed and enterprise scale.
Since November 2024, Astound’s India delivery center has been using Agentforce to build agents across sales, service, commerce, and field service use cases. Astound has created a library of over 200 pre-built agent stubs, allowing clients to accelerate deployments and reduce time to value.
Agentforce is a digital labor platform for enterprises to augment teams with trusted autonomous AI agents in the flow of work. With Salesforce’s AgentExchange, a leading AI agent ecosystem for enterprises, customers have access to hundreds of ready-to-use actions, topics, and templates built by partners, and will have access to pre-validated Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. These servers help customers to quickly create and deploy their digital workforce of AI agents by connecting external tools and data to an MCP-compliant server.
