Sanctioned and judged by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), an invitation-only body comprising top-tier professionals from acclaimed media, advertising, and marketing firms, the w3 Awards honors the people behind award-winning websites, video, marketing, mobile, social channels, and podcasts. 

A testament to our expertise and unwavering dedication to maximizing business value for our clients at every digital touchpoint, Astound received a total of six gold and three silver w3 Awards for our work for ELIE SAAB, Breville, Ball Mason Jars, and Liz Earle.

How did we do it?

Global haute couture brand ELIE SAAB enlisted Astound to create an immersive and rich customer journey that beautifully replicates the experience of shopping at its retail boutiques. To achieve this, Astound leveraged our comprehensive Shopify Plus expertise, optimizing Shopify Plus functionality through a series of key technology partner integrations that digitally recreated the personal aspects of a high-end in-store shopping experience.

Astound partnered with leading kitchen appliances brand Breville, developing a comprehensive ecommerce “Coffee Solution” to accelerate machine sales, guide Breville customers through a great “first-use” cup of coffee, and ensure the brand plays a meaningful role in customers’ ongoing coffee experience. From there, Astound has continued to improve the website customer experience through redesigns of the homepage, product detail page (PDP), and navigation structure.

Ball Mason Jars, one of the most recognized names in home canning, came to Astound to transform its site experience from a simple online catalog to an inspiring content-driven experience that would introduce the world of canning to a new generation. Our specialists leveraged deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem to create immersive pages that focus on product storytelling, brand history, gourmet recipes, and sustainability. Likewise, Astound launched renowned British beauty brand Liz Earle onto Salesforce Commerce Cloud, helping the company expand across its portfolio of brands and increase engagement, conversions, loyalty, and revenue.
