Astound Digital Launches Unified Digital Commerce Experience for Interface

Built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, the new experience integrates Interface’s brands into one cohesive, customer-first digital platform.

Astound Digital, a leading digital transformation agency, launched an integrated digital experience for Interface, the global flooring and sustainability leader. Now, all Interface flooring options, carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), and nora® rubber flooring, can be found in a single, unified website, making it easier for designers to explore the full portfolio of solutions. 

The successful integration of the nora and Interface websites created a one-stop shopping experience. It eliminates operational complexity and delivers a simpler, smarter navigation that guides visitors through the company’s full flooring portfolio. Additionally, it provides easy access to helpful tools and resources, including product information, design inspiration, and visualization assets.

Interface acquired nora in 2018 to expand its resilient flooring portfolio to include rubber. Over the last several years, it has focused on communicating to customers how its products work together to do more for their projects. The company recognized that multiple fragmented digital properties no longer supported a streamlined selling process.  

The new platform, built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, transforms the customer journey, making it easier to browse the complete range of flooring solutions in one place. It also supports Interface's lead generation and sales qualification process, allowing account executives to better serve customers through improved digital touchpoints.
